4. Client Services Terms

• All design Services require a signed contract and deposit before commencement.

• Engagement details, scope of Services, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in your individual project agreement.

4.2. Deposits and Payments

• A deposit is required to secure Services and commence work.

• Progress payments may be requested at stages as specified in the contract.

• Final payment is due upon project completion, prior to handover or delivery of final designs.

4.3. Changes & Additional Work

• Any changes to the project scope may incur additional fees.

• Additional work will be billed at our standard hourly or project rate.

4.4. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable if the project has commenced.

• Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

4.5. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to spaces if required.

• Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines, without liability to Peita Elizabeth Designs.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All designs, drawings, documents, concepts, images, and other creative work produced by Peita Elizabeth Designs remain our intellectual property.

5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the final design deliverables for the intended project only.

5.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any designs or materials without our prior written consent.

5.4. We retain the right to use images of completed projects for portfolio, marketing, or publication purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Peita Elizabeth Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or delays caused by third parties.

6.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from Services is limited to the total amount paid by you for those Services.

6.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on project plans, recommendations, or material selections.
